Marc Blatstein’s Informative Foot Health Websites

Dr. Marc Blatstein’s two new informative Websites

People most likely see these injuries because they run and jump often, or they are not active enough and then start doing physical demanding activities, and they lose the elasticity in their tendon

Dr. Marc Blatstein is glad to announce the launch of his new website. The website is Drmarcblatstein.com and is set up as an informative site to help people understand the pain that they are feeling in their feet and ankles. For over twenty years Dr. Blatstein has served both Florida and Maryland as a top tier Podiatrist.

Dr. Marc Blatstein has seen several patients in his career and has seen several cases of foot injuries and infections. On his new website you will find advice and stories that he has given throughout his career. One of the primary focuses of Dr. Blatstein’s practice is ingrown toenails. This is one of the main categories you will find on his new website. He chose to focus on this because of the amount of people that get pedicures on a regular basis. Many time the technician giving he pedicure will leave obscure edges on the toenails that will cause part of the nail to splinter off. While pedicures are great and can even have health benefits, Dr. Blatstein often warns his patients to make sure they go to a technician that is experienced.       foot2

Another focus that Dr. Marc Blatstein is going to have on his website is injuries in the Achilles tendon and how you can prevent them. We asked Dr. Blatstein why injuries in the Achilles tendon happen so frequently. He told us, “People most likely see these injuries because they run and jump often, or they are not active enough and then start doing physical demanding activities, and they lose the elasticity in their tendon.” He went on to explain that even if you are not physically active simply stretching the tendon can help prevent you from any future injuries.

Dr. Mar Blatstein has two other website that can be found at Drmarcblatstein.com, which is based upon his education and work credentials. The other is called Drmarblatsteinpodiatrist.net and it is set up as more of an advice website. He hopes that the addition of his third website will help educate people even more about their feet and ankles and what they can do to keep stay healthy.
